Cookiecutter是一个跨平台的命令行实用程序，可以从cookiecutters（项目模板）创建项目，例如Python包项目、C项目。
Cookiecutter 2.1.1之前版本存在参数注入漏洞。攻击者可利用该漏洞进行命令注入。
